I ordered four of these for my new master bathroom. The shades are made of cheap pressed glass and even though they were packaged very well in cardboard and styrofoam, they do not seem to hold up very well during the shipping process. Two of them arrived with broken shades, so I had to request replacements. One of the replacements also had a broken shade, had to return that one too for yet another replacement. Amazon was kind enough to upgrade the shipping speed to UPS 2nd day air for free on the replacements.
Installation was a bit tricky too. The ring that holds the shade in place kept getting severely stuck on the thread, which is also made of a rather cheap and rough material. This was especially frustrating since everything sits inside the glass shade and you are barely able to fit your hand to maneuver in there. The installation tool that came with it was useless in my opinion.
Considering the cheap material, I feel the product is a bit overpriced, but overall I still appreciate the look of this lamp. Nice, clean and contemporary.

Looks good. Doesnt put out much light with 60 watt bulb. Do not exceed that wattage or risk fire from excessive heat as the warning states in the instructions. However it looks good as a pair in a den for mood lighting. Might be a good hallway light. I suggest using CFB compact bulbs that use only 13 to 22 watts and equil a 60 watt standard bulb. No need to use colored lights because the glass is multicolored in warm colors. Very good price. Easy to install. Be sure to keep the insulation in place when installing. It protects the wall from heat. Another reason to us CFB, way cooler, last forever, use less energy.

I bought two of these sconces for a bathroom renovation project and used them with a swivel/tilt mirror over a white rectangular basin....awesome look! I couldn't be happier with this purchase.
